Tourisme Îles de la Madeleine is very proud to put a great final touch to the "Rendez-vous with Adventure in Les Îles de la Madeleine"contest. Some 3,200 contestants had registered, with the hope that a favourable wind would carry them to Les Îles next summer. Like a cool, gentle summer breeze, the contest has effectively launched the forthcoming tourist season. Our fervent wish is that a great number of visitors will enjoy the opportunity to experience the invigorating breezes of Les Îles!

The contest offered a chance to win a stay for two (2) on Les Îles, from July 13 to July 21, 2014. The winner's prize also included a free participation in the 2014 edition of Rendez-vous Aventure. All one had to do to enter the contest was to register on the designated "Contest" page posted on Tourisme Îles de la Madeleine's Website. A free video clip showcasing the 2013 edition of the Rendez-vous Aventure was available for screening on the Website's contest page.

The contest is now over and it has reached a happy conclusion: Tourisme Îles de la Madeleine is pleased to announce that the winner is Julie Patry. Ms. Patry has won a stay for two (2) on Les Îles. She is delighted with her good fortune, and her delight is fully shared by her partner who happens to be a kitesurf enthusiast.

Tourisme Îles de la Madeleine also takes this opportunity to highlight the cooperation of its numerous partners and, in particular, the solid support of Parc de Gros-Cap and the CTMA. Without all of them, the contest would not have been possible.
